Brian King and Jody Yates have joined forces to create a new cabaret show and duo called "Jody & The Executive". Drawing on many years as successful solo performers, they have combined their talents to give audiences a great entertainment experience.
Jody & The Executive
are able to perform a variety of show formats including a cabaret "Morning Melodies" style show, a 3 or 4 hour club lounge gig or a combination of both. Christmas in July is also catered for with a special program which includes dinner music, cabaret spot and dance music to finish.
Spanning five decades of music, the cabaret show entitled "As Time Goes
By" includes popular duets like "Sonny and Cher", Kenny and Dolly,
audience participation, costume changes and much more. Overall it's a
happy and entertaining show.
Brian King
As the founder of the popular 60's and 70's band "The Executives" and
with a long career as a solo performer, Brian has achieved recognition as
a thoroughly professional entertainer. He is experienced in all aspects of
entertainment including television, clubs, restaurants and cruise ship
work. He is a Mo Award winner (One and Two Performer Band) and has
been nominated for the last seven consecutive years in the Ace Awards
(Piano/Vocal category).
Jody Yates
With a powerful voice and dynamic stage presentation, Jody Yates is an
exciting performer both vocally and visually. Jody has many years
experience as a solo artist both in Australia and overseas, and has also
featured in several tribute shows. She is a trained dancer and dance
teacher, and brings fun, warmth and professionalism to the stage every
time she performs.
